• Every project is supervised by an Executive-In-Charge who oversees all aspects of the study. He or she has overall responsibility for, and direct involvement in:
  • Research design
  • Questionnaire development
  • Sampling
  • Field management
  • Data tabulation
  • Decision-oriented analyses
  • Reporting/presentation of results
• That Executive-In-Charge is supported by an experienced team from the HSR staff:

  • A project manager who coordinates all operational aspects for timely completion and
    adherence to specifications.

  • A field manager who coordinates data collection: interacting with interviewers, tracking interview progress, and ensuring interviewing quality and sample control.

  • A data processing coordinator who oversees questionnaire checking, quality processing (editing, coding) and tabulation activities.
