Bob has more than 25 years of experience in research and consulting and over that period has helped numerous clients in the Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Healthcare sectors develop effective marketing initiatives, launch new products, and drive brand strategies. Among the engagements Bob has undertaken and managed is a 51 country, 27 language Channel Satisfaction Study that was used by a major multi-national Technology client to manage channel partner satisfaction and retention around the globe. In addition to developing and managing quantitative engagements, Bob has extensive experience in designing and executing qualitative research, including moderating and conducting in-depth interviews with all levels of management.

Prior to joining HSR Bob was Senior Vice President and Director at Opinion Research Corporation. Earlier in his career he was a Principal and Founding Partner with COMQuest Research,a Corporate Director with Convergys, a Cincinnati Bell spin off focused on inbound and outbound telemarketing services, and the owner of his own marketing and sales support company servicing rapidly growing small to mid-sized Information Technology and Telecommunications firms.
